Returns & refunds policy for digital products

All products sold by Monosonic (sample packs, Reason refills, VSTs, and other digital downloads) are delivered digitally and are non‑returnable.

Because files are available immediately after purchase (or via download link), we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted.

If you experience technical problems accessing or using a purchased product, contact hello@monosonic.studio and we’ll help resolve the issue — including replacing corrupted files, providing download links, or offering a fix when possible.

If you believe you were charged in error or there was a duplicate purchase, contact support within 14 days and we’ll review and resolve the issue case‑by‑case.

For purchases that include unreasonable or demonstrable misrepresentation (e.g., the product is materially different from the description), contact support and we will assess eligibility for a refund.
